Hello from bearblog!

Hi, I'm Mary. I go by they/them pronouns. I'm a fannish writer and web master who has sheen on the scene for about ten years. I decided to move to bearblog because I wanted a place to post longform content without the bells and whistles of SSGs. I currently host blogs in my own sites using zonelets but I quickly realized that my writing speed was way faster than my posting speed.
Thus, after research and testing, I decided to pay for and upgraded bearblog subscription and make use of it's option to create several blogs. Apart from this, I'm also building a blog for my NSFW site which will hold posts about my original characters and thoughts about mature stories. I decided on this separation because certain webrings I wanted to be a member of didn't allow NSFW sites. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with having my original content in a place that easy to find and manage.
So, what can readers expect to find in this blog? Well, from my past blogging history, expect some fannish posts about whatever I'm currently into—Now that I think about it, I don't have a lists of fandoms on my site. Here's an entry about my fandom history and a list of my favorite ships from my journal— and post mortems about web dev projects. I should be creating another site for shortform posts about what I'm focusing on at the moment.
Ah yes, if you follow one of my previous blog. First, thank you for being here!!! Second, I've set up an RSS alias so there shouldn't be a need to resubscribe. Regardless, I am linking the RSS feed and Atom feeds respectively. There are no specific tags for now.
