UULHADA did this meme for ParkKaze and it was so great I really wanted to make for my favorite OC ship, KeiKiyo XD. This is more a what-if Kiyoshi and Keima were to become a couple than spoilers for EAL.

Kiyoshi: (chuckles) You wouldn't have confessed.
Keima: (smiles weakly) Yeah, never.
First to apologize after a fight:
Kiyoshi: Erm... both, I think? (tilts head)
Keima: (rubs nape) I... think it depends. We both tend to apologize at the same time. Or at least when one doesn't stay angry as long as the other.
Kiyoshi: (fidgets) I don't really like to fight. But we do have a lot of disagreements.
Keima: (nods sadly and smiles gently) But we always make up. It has always been like that.
Kiyoshi: (brightens) Uhn!
The more popular/charismatic:
Kiyoshi: (elbows Keima with a knowing grin)
Keima: He-hey, you are popular too!
Kiyoshi: You are nicer!
Keima: Girls like you too!
Kiyoshi: (waves dismissively) I don't care about girls.
Keima: (sighs defeatedly) We both have our good points.
Kiyoshi: (smiles) Yeah!
The best caregiver when the other is sick:
Kiyoshi and Keima: (stare at each other)
Keima: (half-smile) Can we choose that?
Kiyoshi: (chuckles) I don't think so. We do our best to care for each other when sick.
Keima: (face reddens)
Kiyoshi: (closes eyes and leans on Keima) Being sick sucks but it's great when you are there.
Keima: (looks away, face flushing more) Ye-yeah.
Kiyoshi: (sighs dreamly) If only I had the energy we could have done it a few times.
Keima: (head snaps to the boy, surprised) Kiyoshi no!
Kiyoshi: Kiyoshi yes! (mouth gets covered)
Does the cooking:
Kiyoshi: (shyly) I still want to cook a whole meal for you.
Keima: (softly) I know but would feel bad staring at you while you do all the work...
Kiyoshi: I know...
Keima: (gently) Helping you cook is fun.
Kiyoshi: (nods reluctantly)
Does the housework:
Keima: (ponders) We aren't in each others house enough to do that for each other.
Kiyoshi: Yeah, mom wouldn't let you.
Keima: If you take the cooking maybe I can take housework.
Kiyoshi: (blushes, dreamly) Like if we were to have our own place?!
Keima: (covers mouth and look down, face flushed and nods) If we were to have our own place...
Does most of the speaking:
Keima: (chuckles dryly) Me.
Kiyoshi: (nods stiffly)
The overprotective one:
Kiyoshi: (tilts head) Overprotection? (Ponders)
Keima: (glances at Kiyoshi) Both of us have our own way of overprotecting each other.
Kiyoshi: (eyes lit in understanding) Oh! Oh... shit.
Has more experience with relationships:
Keima: Like romantic ones?
Kiyoshi: (waves hand) You have more experience with relationships period.
Keima: Don't be so hard on yourself.
Kiyoshi: (shrugs) I'm just realistic. You know it's the truth.
Keima: (touches Kiyoshi's fingers) It doesn't make you a lesser person.
Kiyoshi: (smiles sadly)
Sensitive to the subtle changes in their partners:
(Awkward silence)
Kiyoshi: I really hate fighting... Ugh, it sucks.
Keima: It's awkward when we fight.
The one who proposes:
Keima: (sighs heavily)
Kiyoshi: Curse you homophobic Japan. (To Keima) Let's move to the West.
The one who dies protecting the other:
Kiyoshi: (sweatdrops) And there's actually an answer. (Looks at Keima)
Keima: (chuckles awkwardly) You would you hate it if I die for you, wouldn't you?
Kiyoshi: OF COURSE! (growls) I don't know if I can live with it. I don't know anyone can. (Turns to Keima) Never--
Keima: (Puts a hand on Kiyoshi's shoulder, with a sad smile) ...Let's leave it at that.
Kiyoshi: (bites lip) ...
So upon seeing other templates after filling it and uploading I realized the bubble is for the names lol.
